JKPSC Declares Result of J&K Combined Competitive Examination 2024; 90 Candidates Recommended for Medical Examination

Jammu/Srinagar, March 13:

The Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) has declared the result of the Jammu and Kashmir Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) 2024 after completion of the personality test (interview). The result was notified through Notification No. 16-PSC (DR-S) of 2026 dated 13 March 2026.

According to the notification, 340 candidates who appeared in the interview have been declared successful, while 90 candidates have been recommended for medical examination in order of their aggregate merit for various prestigious services of the Union Territory.

The personality tests were conducted from 5 March to 13 March 2026 at the Jammu office of JKPSC.

The recruitment process witnessed huge participation. 31,644 candidates were provisionally allowed to appear in the preliminary examination, out of which 19,659 candidates actually appeared. Later, 2,768 candidates qualified for the mains examination, and 345 candidates were called for the personality test/interview.

JKPSC stated that one candidate’s result has been withheld, while the results of six petitioners called for interview on the directions of the Central Administrative Tribunal have also been withheld. The Commission also clarified that calling a candidate for medical examination does not guarantee final selection and the lists are provisional, subject to the outcome of pending court cases.

The candidates recommended for medical examination will have to appear before the Medical Boards constituted at Government Medical College Srinagar or Government Medical College Jammu.

Other prominent candidates in the merit list include Syed Dawood Bin Salam, Prabhjot Singh, Seerat Tajamul, Syed Zeeshan Nisar, Bisham Dev Singh Jamwal, Parul Sharma, Ayesha Sadiqa Mintoo, Mehak Sharma, Pearl Pandita, Shivika Thakur, Ishrat Ahad, Neeraj Singh, Neha Jeelani, Mir Mujeeb, Amir Hassan, Samiya Keen, Adarsh Kalandria, Muhtashim Ishaq, Faizan Ul Haq, Sparsh Sharma, Wasim Ali, Mujz Ahmed Bhat, Arif Ul Assad, Mohsin Dar, Hilal Ahmad Dar, Avantika Gupta, Ritik Bakshi, Vansh Bali and Arunima Thappa.

The Commission said that marks cards of candidates will be uploaded on the official website after completion of the entire selection process and forwarding of the select list to the government for appointments.
